Things I did not know Before Alzheimer’s

Dysphagia (difficulty in swallowing), Aspiration Pneumonia (resulting from breathing liquids, food, saliva, etc.,  into the lungs, and Alzheimer’s Disease (a progressive, degenerative disorder that attacks the brain’s nerve cells, or neurons, resulting in loss of memory, thinking and language skills, and behavioral changes) all go together, and are Deadly Serious.     Bunny Dearest says all of that Sucks.

  2. Thanks for the very interesting information, ie; dysphasia and the aspiration pneumonia. Not that we need to know any more difficulties associated with dementia. But I guess it will only help us in the long run.
